Patient-powered autoimmune research

Bringing complex biology into focus.

Living with autoimmune disease is more than a diagnosis. Your symptoms, treatments, labs and response over time all tell part of the story. Resolution Health brings those pieces together to help researchers understand why autoimmune disease affects every person differently.

Participation is voluntaryYou choose how you participate
Why participate

Your health experience can help answer bigger questions.

Resolution Health is building a longitudinal picture of autoimmune disease by connecting what patients experience with clinical information and, where available, genomic data.

Your health story, over time

Keep symptoms, medications, labs, treatment changes and important health events connected in one longitudinal record.

Help move research forward

Your experience can help researchers study why disease behaves differently — and why treatments work differently — across patients.

Genomic testing opportunities

Some participants may have the opportunity to receive advanced genomic testing through current or future research programs.

Stay connected to opportunities

Keep your profile current and learn about relevant research or clinical-trial opportunities as they become available.

Autoimmune first

Built for people living with autoimmune and immune-mediated disease.

Autoimmune conditions can share biology while creating very different patient journeys. Resolution Health is designed to capture those differences — including symptoms, treatment exposure, response, flares, labs and longitudinal change.

Examples in our registry focus
Rheumatoid arthritisCrohn's diseaseUlcerative colitisLupusMultiple sclerosisPsoriasis / PsAPrimary sclerosing cholangitisOther autoimmune & immune-mediated conditions
Different conditions. Different treatments. Different journeys. The goal is to understand both what patients share and what makes each experience different.
Your Genomics

Could genomic testing be part of your journey?

Some Resolution Health participants may have the opportunity to receive advanced genomic testing through our research programs. When you join, you can complete a short eligibility profile to see whether your health profile may match an available program.

Testing opportunities are limited and not guaranteed. Eligibility requires review. No testing begins without additional authorization and any required laboratory or provider steps.

How the eligibility pathway works

A two-stage process keeps the initial experience simple while making the final testing decision explicit.

1
Complete a short profileTell us about your condition, treatment history and prior genomic testing.
2
Resolution Health reviewWe check whether your profile appears relevant to an available genomic testing program.
3
Testing partner reviewA testing partner reviews the eligibility profile and may request additional information.
4
Next steps, if matchedWe explain the specific testing opportunity, then complete any additional consent, provider or laboratory requirements before testing begins.
How it works

A simple way to participate — and keep contributing over time.

Start with only what is needed to join. Add more detail when you're ready.

Step 1

Join the Registry

Create an account, tell us about your condition and make your research participation choices.

Step 2

Build your health story

Add medications, symptoms, labs and meaningful health changes so your record becomes more useful over time.

Step 3

Explore genomic testing

If interested, complete a short profile to see whether you may match an available genomic testing program.

Step 4

Stay connected

Continue short check-ins and learn about new research or clinical-trial opportunities that may be relevant.

Why this research matters

Why treatment works for one person and not another remains a central autoimmune question.

A single clinic visit or single blood draw captures only a moment. Resolution Health is designed to connect biology with what patients actually experience over time.

Same disease.
Different patients.
Different responses.
Your information. Your choices.

Participation should feel clear, not buried in fine print.

Health and genomic information are sensitive. The experience is designed to make key participation choices visible and understandable.

Participation is voluntary

You decide whether to join and which optional research activities you want to participate in.

Choices are separated

Registry participation, research data use, recontact and genomic testing are presented as distinct decisions rather than one blanket action.

Clear next steps

Genomic testing eligibility is a review process, not an automatic test order. Additional permissions come before any testing proceeds.

For Researchers

Longitudinal phenotype + genomic context.

A patient-first registry designed to connect repeated participant-reported outcomes, clinical events, treatment history and genomic information.

Built around the patient journey

Structured phenotypes, clinical context and genomic information can be interpreted together rather than as isolated snapshots.

PhenotypesSymptoms, function, disease activity, flare and patient-reported outcomes.
Clinical contextLabs, medications, therapy changes, events and uploaded clinical documents.
GenomicsGenome-wide information linked to longitudinal outcomes where available.

The research model is designed to deepen over time as participants continue contributing data, samples and outcome information under the permissions they choose.
